Referral Program
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Referral Program. By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to individuals residing in Australia who are at least 18 years old.
1.2. Startups Australia DotCom reserves the right to reject any application for the Program at its sole discretion.
2. Program Overview
2.1. The Program allows you to refer potential clients (the "Referrals") to Startups Australia for its services.
2.2. If a Referral uses your unique referral code (the "Code") at checkout and completes a purchase, you will earn a commission (the "Commission") on the sale.
3. Referral Code
3.1. Upon registration, you will receive a unique Code.
3.2. You are responsible for promoting your Code and ensuring its proper use by Referrals.
3.3. You may not modify, sell, or distribute your Code in any unauthorised manner.
4. Commission
4.1. The Commission rate is currently 10% of the net revenue generated from a successful referral (e.g. providing advisory or support services - subscription plans not included).
4.2. A successful referral is defined as a Referral who: * Uses your valid Code at checkout. * Completes a purchase of Startups Australia DotCom services. * The purchase remains in good standing and is not refunded or charged back.
4.3. Startups Australia DotCom reserves the right to modify the Commission rate at any time with prior written notice.
4.4. Commission Payments: Earned Commissions will be paid out monthly on the Last Business Day of the following month. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
5. Referral Process
5.1. You are responsible for accurately describing Startups Australia's services to your network.
5.2. You may not make any false or misleading statements about Startups Australia DotCom or its services.
5.3. You may not engage in any spamming or other unethical marketing practices to promote the Program.
6. Termination
6.1. Startups Australia DotCom may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
6.2. You may terminate your participation in the Program by contacting Startups Australia DotCom.
6.3. Upon termination, any earned but unpaid Commissions will be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights associated with Startups Australia DotCom and its services remain the exclusive property of Startups Australia.
7.2. You may not use any Startups Australia DotCom trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
8.1. Startups Australia DotCom makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or the services offered by Startups Australia.
8.2. You participate in the Program at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Startups Australia DotCom shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or any other indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
10.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Startups Australia DotCom from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Startups Australia DotCom regarding the Program.
13. Amendment
13.1. Startups Australia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior written notice.
